Local Economic Development Company (LEDCOM) Ltd aims to to be recognised as a centre of excellence, providing an effective local focus for business support and acting as a catalyst for local economic development.

LEDCOM manages two business park locations in Larne. Willowbank Business Park on Willowbank Road and Bank Road Business Park on Bank Road. Our business model is focused on two main areas: facilities (property and conferencing) and services (community engagement, start up and growth and economic development).

Both locations offer a wide range of business units  designed to support a variety of enterprises, from those at the beginning of their business journey to more established companies. Willowbank Business Park

Willowbank Business Park was developed approximately 20 years ago and also offers the potential for future expansion on nearby lands, should the need arise. The site comprises 27 units, occupied by a broad range of businesses. We are proud to support tenants operating across a variety of sectors, including manufacturing, research and design, professional services, technology, IT, charitable organisations, transport, and childcare.

LEDCOM also provides office accommodation within the Innovation Suite, aimed at businesses focused on innovation and growth.

Bank Road Business Park

Bank Road Business Park was established over 40 years ago and is a well-recognised business location within the Larne area. The site consists of 61 units, ranging in size from 150 sq. ft. to 5,750 sq. ft. As with Willowbank Business Park, the estate supports a diverse tenant base, with the largest sectors including consumer services and manufacturing, including food manufacturing. Other occupiers include charitable organisations and public sector storage.
