LEDCOM manages two business parks in Larne. Willowbank Business Park (Willowbank Road) and LEDCOM Industrial Estate (Bank Road). LEDCOM focuses the business model around two main areas: facilities (property and conferencing) and services (community engagement, start up and growth and economic development).

Willowbank Business Park
Willowbank Business Park was built approximately 14 years ago and has the potential for further expansion space on nearby lands should the need arise. There are 26 units on the Willowbank site with a wide variety of businesses occupying these work spaces. We are proud to have tenants who operate in industries such as manufacturing, research and design, professional services, technology, IT, charitable organisations, transport and childcare.
LEDCOM also offers office space in the Innovation Suite which is aimed towards businesses focused on innovation and growth.
The unit sizes at Willowbank Business Park range from 189sq.ft – 4,548sq.ft. There are a range of business packages to choose from based on customer needs to include broadband, telephone, heat, light, and cleaning.
LEDCOM Industrial Estate was established 35 years ago and is a recognised location in the Larne area. The site accommodation consists of 59 units ranging in size from 300sq.ft to 5,750 sq.ft. Similar to Willowbank Business Park, there is a large mix of tenants within LEDCOM with the largest sectors being consumer services and manufacturing, including food manufacturing. Other occupiers include a charity and public sector storage.
